"Clean and very nice apartment , very close to the beach. 7km from the airport. We were able to check in early and check out at 4pm . the owners very helpful we are very grateful."

"It is a very cosy apartment with very comfortable beds. There plenty of space for a family of 4. The apartment is very close to a tram station, which was useful. The rooms and washrooms were spacious. The bed and sofa beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there was Wi-Fi and the washer was extremely convenient for us."

"The Florida Plage isn’t particularly good. Also, the place is a touch far from train station."

"The apartment is very cute with great attention to detail. It is big enough to sleep 4 and would be a fantastic option for a short or long stay in Nice as it has all the amenities you could need."

"Little tricky if you are arriving later than 9:45 pm to check into the property, however they were very accomodating for us arriving at 11:30 pm due to delays. Location is good, however it is 10-15 minute from central Nice spots. Not an issue, but worth considering what shoes you were for a day out."

"EXCELLENT time spent at the lovely apartment! We were in Nice for the first time and we really loved our stay there! The apartment is just great! We had all what was needed during our stay (3 nights). The place is very safe, well positioned - very close to the sea and also very close to the tramway station. The communication with the host was excellent and I couldn't want more. In case we come back again to Nice we would not search for any other place but directly book again this lovely apartment!"

"L'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative: la proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre disponibile e l'alloggio è pulito e completamente attrezzato. La posizione è ottima, vicina ad una panetteria/pasticceria e alla fermata dei mezzi e la spiaggia più vicina dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio!"

"Ми знімали апартаменти на 4 осіб на 2 доби. Дуже затишна квартира. Є усі необхідні речі: праска, фен, чиста постільна білизна, нові рушники, інтернет та телевізор. На кухні є усі приладдя, багато посуду. Ми легко забрали ключі від квартири у боксі , який знаходиться рядом з домом. Квартира знаходиться у затишному районі , 5 хвилин до моря, та 10 хвилин до центру. Усе дуже гарно та зручно."
